some fanart from #malevolent: Lenny the fake(but not actually fake) psychic medium from the 1930s hehe

#artpost
illustrations of an short, podgy older man with greying light hair and a moustache, wearing a cape and bowtie, and his various psychic tools: a tarot card, a crystal ball, his appropriative turban(it was a diferent time, okay), a lit candle and a shard of red glass.

Portrait of a statue of The Theorist, Jace Beleren, from Magic The Gathering. Over the statue flash fragments of a magical reflection like shattered glass, in it you can see the visage of Jace, happy.

dont think i've posted this here yet but this was Arthur Augustus' first design that i made about a year ago
i sometimes like to design characters in pixelart first to get a feel for the proportions, shape, and color before i get bogged down with details like facial features

during our last DND session, there was a moment when the entire party got downed at the same time (they made it cuz i rolled a nat 20 on a death save)
then i heard the song The Line and had to draw this moment of sad grandpa and his dying adopted kiddo (more in the alt text lol)

Arthur and Cactus laying on the floor, badly injured during a fight. beneath them is a big Light glyph, illuminating the room they are in. Arthur is reaching toward Cactus in a last ditch attempt to heal him back up from 0hp with his last remaining spell slot. above him is the first few lines from the song The Line (by Twenty one pilots). Arthur is aware that even if dies again, his debt to his patron just gets deeper but he can return in the end. but for Cactus (and Blondy, who was also at 0hp in this moment) if they die, it's over. he loses the only people he ever really cared for - and it would be his fault for dragging them both here

woe, WIPs and memes upon ye

i fucking love dnd and i love my wife (our dearest DM) and my friends

#dnd #OCsky #sketch #wip
our soon-to-be DND party in a long standing campaign consisting of a halfelf druid, tiefling sorcerer, shadar kai eldrich knight and satyr cleric, all immaculately turned out in suits. the pose is inspired by a picture of a band (Maneskin i think) from pinterest. Cactus having a hard time coping with Arthur's recent death, sitting down on the ground and putting pebbles in his cowboy hat. Arthur's slightly damaged glasses are in his hand, he's holding onto them for when Arthur gets back from the hells. next to him there is a tumblr post screenshot that reads "*deep sigh* *takes of my cowboy hat and plops down into the dirt* * starts filling my cowboy hat with little rocks* feelings, hunh..." includes tumblr post screenshot that reads "*makes a jerking off motion every time someone with authority talks*". in the background, Xerian (Arthur's patron) is scalding Arthur on doing a bad job. Arthur is looking past him at Blondy, who is making the afore mention jerking off motion and pointing at Xerian. Cactus is trying really hard to hold back his laughter Arthur holding Cactus for a nap, Cactus covered in Arthur's coat. the other part shows Blondy laughing and holding Cactus up hanging by the ankle

the animation i started making of these two made me so sad i had to draw them happy(er)
Arthur and Blondy get a bit distracted when planning their next heist
#art #sketch #OCsky #dnd
Blondy (left) and Arthur (right) planning their next heist over a bottle of liquor, but both of them are a bit lost in thought thinking about each other. Arthur is fantasizing about a soft quiet life with Blondy (and Cactus) (and also Blondy beating the shit out of Arthur's warlock patron), while Blondy is fantasizing about some more steamy situations.

A digital painting depicting a necromancer wearing green robes and metal armor, potions on belt along with a glowing purple book. The necromancer is wearing a tall wizards cowl with a metal spiked beak like mask. In his left hand he's holding a glowing purple arcane symbol while in his right wielding a giant scythe made out of 2 bovine heads, spine and ribs with a contraption in the middle spewing green flames from the top

My art, my inspiration
Arthur (sitting in the chair) explaining how he got the gunshot scar on his chest to Blondy (laying on the table, sluttily) who is finding the story extremely amusing. they're both drunk as hell (pun intended)
