I still have no idea why Twitch allows people to stream while driving. I just now saw a front-page promotion where someone is driving at night and holding their phone while also looking down at the camera in the passenger seat. Really makes my blood boil that this level of distracted driving exists.

@wpgmurat.bsky.social Question for you! When does a contract clause kick in for players? I heard a rumour that UPL wouldn't waive his M-NTC to go to Winnipeg, but that M-NTC starts in the 26-27 season. For contract purposes, when does the 26-27 season start?

Connor Hellebuyck signing a long-term extension with the Jets and then publicly asking for a trade with five years left is equal parts hilarious and pathetic. He has almost zero leverage and Chevy is not a reactionary GM. Good riddance to him once the trade happens.

Every so often I get caught up arguing with some on Reddit about hockey. Today, it's someone vehemently opposed to admitting that Mark Scheifele is an elite hockey player. This is the kind of Maple Leafs fan that gives them their bad reputation.

Gonna be taking today away from stream. Funeral service for my Grandma was this weekend and it brought family together in a good way, but I’m still a mess mentally and emotionally.

I regret to inform you fine folks that actually care but I cannot stream today. I received negative sleep last night after all the times I was up through it. Stomach pains, migraines, congestion, and then aftermath of my migraine meds. My body is a mess. 😞

Made some hot sauce to bring to a friend gathering last week and one of the guys that doesn't even like hot sauce went back for seconds. Now that's a good feeling!
