Already have about 45 miles in on our trikes. We aren’t out for a race. Just exe and for me sunshine. These babies get maybe 8 mph. We don’t or won’t do e assist at this time. It’s all leg power. Ride on…..

I spent the afternoon chilling in cool air listening and dancing to Barry Manilow like I did in the late 70s/early 80s. Please don’t judge my life decisions. I was in my 20d. Now I’m horizontal thinking I put my hip out. Maybe my back. And I wonder what else will hurt on the morning
