All these people speaking out against Israhell and data centers at public meetings are being cut off and dragged out of sessions.
This is alarming.
Public comment is for the public to express their views regardless of how the electeds feel.
They’re not even pretending to be democratic anymore.

It was lovely to read their words.
They filled up both sides and even squeezed in some words at the bottom.
I wondered how they picked out the card or if they had some on hand.
It was a garden.

I dream of sand between my toes with seaweed draped over my ankles like a sock or some other loose item of clothing lost in the wash.
I dream of giant rocks that are made for sitting with moss growing from beneath the craters.
I dream of juicy peaches so full that I need a fresh sleeve to wipe the liquid off my stained mouth.

Land Back and Reparations needs to be everyone's top priority. I'm done listening to folks talking about "saving democracy." It's time to build what we wanna see apart from this genocidal settler colonial project and that starts with land back and reparations.
