Lighthouse along the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island. I don't remember much, but there was running water (win!) and lots of plants with bees flying around.

There's a fun reference to lion king along the sea to sky highway near Whistler/Squamish. Keep your eyes peeled on the west side of the highway if you get a chance! (It's also on Google Maps as "Pride Rock")

Cedar waxwing! One of my favourite birds. They're everywhere right now, very exciting.They love eating berries, and are named for their red tips on their wing feathers, that look like the colour of wax seals!

Cedar waxwing! One of my favourite birds. They're everywhere right now, very exciting.They love eating berries, and are named for their red tips on their wing feathers, that look like the colour of wax seals!

Apparently birds do have SOME control over their cloaca (bird butt & pee & xxx hole). To be free and pee and poop everywhere. That is what being a bird is all about.
I have yet to poop my pants, hopefully it won't be coming for me soon ): That warm feeling of your own poop in your pants...

Kalamalka lake near Vernon, BC! I used the largest brush to try to keep things simple and quick (for reference, this is a 13cm x 8cm or 5" x 3.5" piece with a 12 round brush). A little bit of neocolours here and there, and ta-da!
