My friend Danny, who is a fairly new birder, took these while birding on the GM/Lancs border near Belmont early afternoon today. An amazing find for him, juvenile Pallid Harrier only 6 days after we watched the Marshside one together. Likely the same bird. #ukbirding #birds

Just wow, this was found in the garden. I have been informed that it is a Neolithic to early Bronze age flint scraper. To hold something that old and to imagine someone using the tool all those years ago is a bit mind-blowing. The history it could tell.
