Spent a lovely afternoon on Bamburgh Beach a few weeks ago. I liked the stubborn determination of this child's straight-line stride across the sand. Channeling a little Joel Meyerowitz, perhaps.

Revisited the W Hotel in Edinburgh to get a more flattering angle. The building, nicknamed "The Jobby", has a curling ribbon of metal spiralling around it up to a point. Ribbon or 💩? You decide.
