It's such a peculiar feeling "finally" arriving at a destination after 24 or even (in this case) 36 hours of gentle, overland/sea travel. Somehow it doesn't feel like it took a long time until you objectively think back over the time it took and the many places you've seen out the window.

Just spotted this at Frankfurt Airport - it's the inaugural (I think) run of the Leo Express from Przemyśl but actually Bohumín but according to Navigator only from Bad Schandau. Credit where credit's due: they've started!

My first night in a Nightjet Minicabin. So far so good, apart from two hours delay departing and this one light I can't turn off. Glad I brought a blindfold mask thingy with me.

I have been testing and trying to get the discontinued DB Vegan Currywurst into an autistic hard day easy safe food option using easy ingredients. Here is my current recipe. Most ingredients are currently to be taste based amounts until I perfect it…

I voted, again (mayoral runoff) and to my pleasant surprise, the SPD candidate beat the CSU incumbent convincingly. Kudos to the Freie Wähler who remained neutral. Very glad to see the back of Herr Spitzauer and excited that we finally have a female mayor!!!
