one of the things people don't tell you is that you can un-give up. So while it is better not to give up, even if you do, blam, just un-give up. You don't need permission, it's doesn't matter. you used to try and do something but you gave up? it's not permanent. take a break n try again if you want

Every time I look at the lore note for my world’s major currency I laugh because I have a tid bit to give a sorta vague sense of its value.
In it I have a list of converted into multiple real life currencies. But as a true patriot, I’ve cheekily and very deliberately NOT listed USD as one of them.

Something that bugs me is that I often see people who talk about enshitification and the stranglehold a lot of platforms and programs have, yet don't offer alternatives. And I feel like that doesn't encourage people to look into alternatives.
There's better stuff, more secure stuff, free stuff.
