Can anyone help PLEASE?

I need to get a suitcase sent to India via courier (complete balls up by the coach company) as my parents have their meds in it and only carried enough in their hand luggage for about two weeks.

Any recommendations for reliable couriers. Thank you 🙏🏼

I have been told - as it’s a clinic app it can’t be a home visit ? When since has SNHS Learning Disability Teams started ignoring reasonable adjustments & start breaching the Equality Act 2010 . bsky.app/profile/mcca...
Why is it, when you contact LD nursing regarding a LD health check -stating why you can't bring the LD person , due to where the event is & due to having difficulty re mobility re parking & cancel appt for a home visit if possible ?To receive a letter with appt for same venue 🤬

Motability car dealerships here in Scotland - stop presenting England/Wales declarations (including the 1 July mileage‑change confirmation) to Scottish customers. Load the AVES version of the Motability agreement in the Motability Operations portal - why are you even doing this to customers ?

What's happening with renewal of Mobility cars re mileage for disabled ppl in Scotland @motabilityops.bsky.social @motabilityscheme.bsky.social
Car dealerships are phoning Motability customers saying the 30,000 mileage limit will be applied in Scotland too - Is this true ?

Scotland sings “No Scotland, No Party”, but unpaid carers aren’t celebrating anything today. #CarersWeek ends with no progress, not even a goal to celebrate, no day off on Monday for us - Hard to feel national pride when our reality is invisible #CarersWeek2026

A carer‑friendly community might offer=
awareness
understanding
kindness
local activities
supportive workplaces
All of that is positive - but none of it replaces the statutory support that 24/7 P1 unpaid carers urgently need. #CarersWeek #CarersWeek2026

You look into everyone else’s cup to make sure they’re okay. But nobody looks into yours. And then the system treats all carers as if you’re the same as a Carer Friendly Community during #CarersWeek Unpaid carers aren’t a one tick‑box, many don't fit the slogan . #CarersWeek2026

#CarersWeek reminds us how vital unpaid carers are. But many are exhausted, burned out and unsupported despite ACSPs and legal rights. A “carer‑friendly community” slogan means nothing without real help. bsky.app/profile/mcca...

It’s #CarersWeek.
But while we talk about “carer‑friendly communities”, thousands of unpaid carers are exhausted, burned out and getting no practical support.
Awareness is not enough.
Deliver the support the law already promises.

Some funding goes to carer centres - but
crisis carers are turned away or put on waiting lists
This means Priority 1 carers still do not receive support, even though the money exists on paper.
Where is the funding going for these unpaid carers ? #Ringfenceit #CarersWeek

The Scottish Government provides dedicated funding every year for the Carers (Scotland) Act. This money is meant to support carers who have been assessed by their local authority -
If the funding exists, why is it not reaching the carers it was intended for ? #ACSP #CarersWeek
June 9, 2026 at 7:57 AM
Across Scotland, carers report the same pattern:

ACSPs completed but no support delivered

Crisis carers left without help

Eligibility criteria used to ration services

This is not a one‑off failure. It is a systemic issue affecting thousands of Unpaid Carers #CarersWeek
June 9, 2026 at 7:56 AM
Unpaid carers are holding up Scotland’s social care system. They save Govt millions every year. Yet many are pushed to breaking point while LA funding meant for them disappears into wider pressures.
Carers deserve the support the law says they are entitled to. #ACSP #CarersWeek

The amount of unpaid carers being let down re no support for their cared for, is adding extreme exhaustion/burnout and not forgetting distress to the cared for, I understand staff sickness/holidays, but not hiring staff & leaving these people abandoned is morally wrong 💷💰🤮
