Congratulations to our 2024-2026 law and policy fellow, Kerry McClaughry! During her two-year fellowship, Kerry coordinated the Chesapeake Rising legal symposium, shepherded articles by early career legal scholars to publication, and contributed legal research to articles and policy documents.

The Chesapeake Bay watershed has a massive land-to-water ratio of about 14:1, the largest of any coastal watershed in the world. The watershed spans more than 64,000 square miles across six states and Washington, DC.
