In 1998 I graduated from Teachers College believing I had the power to make a difference in the world, 1 child at a time. 27 yrs later, still inspired by the starfish story & the power of 1 person, I wake up every day excited to make a difference & share a little kindness with the world!🫶🏻

The kindest person in the room is the most beautiful person in the room. Many people have lost sight of this & that is sad. Teach your child that kindness is the first thing they should see when they look in the mirror. Kindness to themselves & kindness to others.🫶🏻#StarfishClub #mentalhealth

I would choose to teach a class called: Being a Good Human. The Golden Rules. I would teach kids how much it matters to treat people the way they would wish to be treated and to have empathy. I would teach them the skills they need to be good to other people and to themselves too.
