Exposure to environmental pollutants affects all of us in many ways — one understudied area is the impact of pollutants like micro and nanoplastics.

Thanks to $914,176 from CIHR, our researchers will explore sex-specific vulnerability to these pollutants in depth.

Dr. Sheila Garland has spent the past decade focusing on addressing sleep disturbances in people living with and beyond cancer.

I’m excited to announce that new courses at @memorialu.bsky.social @memorialuscience.bsky.social were approved. They are Science 2155: Indigenous Astronomies and Worldviews and Science 3155: Outer Space and Society. These courses are a big part of building astronomy at MUN.
