Meanwhile, in the tool assisted superplay space, morale has been sinking due to existing emulators accepting AI contributions and a contingency of annoying AI bros who are making tools that are vibe coded to cover platforms we haven't managed yet.

SRC changed their terms of use yesterday, and released a news post with an FAQ.
They make it sound like not a big deal. It's a big deal. The Creative Commons licence is gone. They claim ownership over the data now.
Thread about what this means, and what we can do about it 🧵

The green yuri is a bit overrated. The art is gorgeous, but the writing is just fine.

A friend asked me about the time the original author of sonic.exe tried to fake his death to get out of refunding me $20 for a commission he owed me and I realized I’ve never shared that story here on Bluesky

For Reasons, I wanted to see what Tommy Tallarico was up to and this is on his homepage and saw that he said is was the world champion of backgammon
So naturally I look up the backgammon world champion for that year and of course his name isn't listed so I'm like "NOT AGAIN"
WHY DOES HE DO THIS

Getting into yuri manga but not anime right before the people lose their collective shit over the Goodbye Lara ending being more ambiguously gay than many had hopes for is very funny to me.
It's not a problem on the manga side at all, like there's tons of blatantly gay manga.
