Andy Burnham is going directly against the 2024 Labour manifesto by doing this (as the BBC correctly and prominently notes). That opens a door that his team have tried hard to keep shut. If he can go against the manifesto for *this*, he will hear, why not for other issues?

People need to be informed on the sham political group 'Independent Green Voice', who's sole purpose is to reduce the Scottish Greens' vote share on the regional ballot.
SGs should actually make reference to it in their party political broadcasts and TV debates, seeing as they lost seats last time.

I'm 4 regions in and so far every one of them has an "Independent Green Voice" candidate, so it seems they will be in all of them. Pay £4000 and you too can stand your fake party to mislead voters, and people will shrug and go "ah well we don't like the targeted party anyway". Healthy democracy!

I hope people understand that this is a major success for those who would attack democracy and media. I realize that the CPB was quite technical. But what we are looking at here is the decimation of a gigantic infrastructure for distribution and transmission of journalism and information.
