In Jan. a U.S. official told Reuters that the U.S. had completed its first sale of Venezuelan oil, valued at $500 million. That money was held in a U.S. account in Qatar, not the U.S. Treasury. Why? Trump is stealing money that belongs to the U.S. This is unconscionable. Where the hell is Congress?
