It's a shame Southern didn't get it. You'd be guaranteed at least four boat-based adventures every season and a climactic confrontation on top of the giant fibreglass Saturday Banana.

Whoever ends up making the next series of Doctor Who, I hope they use some of that screen time to address the legitimate concerns of the Daleks.

So sad to hear Richard O'Sullivan's gone. Man About The House is ace obviously, but Dick Turpin is just about the most fun you can have with a TV series that I can think of. He was great.

Incredibly important extra angle from Carole Cadwalladr.
Yes, I think we can feel like all our birthdays came at once this evening.

Thanks to The Nerve crew and Byline Times who've been working on this for a long time, and Verbatim Investigations who've caught despicables happily criminalling away.
The Times & Telegraph laundered illicitly funded Reform polls onto their front pages as ‘exclusives’ yet not a single word on their sites. UK political journalism is so very broken

This is Verbatim Investigations who caught Faᴙage and Яeform happily criminalling away, sharing their recordings exclusively with Channel 4 News. Thanks to VI and C4N.

The Lib Dems, SNP, and current government have reported Яeform to the police for clear criminal acts that carry prison sentences.

Don’t know what’s with Sky Tennis at the moment.
Automation is kicking in badly; after a break, the start of a game begins, but then about 5 seconds it seems to trigger an automatic Sky promo.
And I had to enter a PIN to view the channel!
It has also disappeared from the EPG. Maybe deliberately :)

25 years since this thing came out. I’m very fond of it, it’s possibly the most personal thing I’ve made and, if I’m allowed to be proud for a day, I’m rather proud of it. All 8 eps up on Channel 4. #TheArmandoIannucciShows #Ch4 #ABigEgg
The Armando Iannucci Shows
Comedy
Channel 4 (TalkBack)
30 August - 18 October 2001

Each episode focused on specific themes related to human nature and existentialism, around which Iannucci would weave a series of surreal sketches and monologues.

Coyote vs. Acme is easily the best feature film starring the Looney Tunes characters: a funny, clever dissection of the relationship between two classic characters, an amusing courtroom farce, and the best live-action/cartoon combination since Roger Rabbit. Highly recommended for adults and kids.
