As this hearing approaches, several of the ex-Broadview Six defendants have already arrived at the courthouse.
Also, the court is handing out seating tickets for media.
We're not expecting USA Boutros to be in court.
I'll bring the hightlights here:

Whether you're sick of the Lindsay Clancy case or not, @wbur.org's Cognoscenti has an interesting look at the trial coverage.

Video of an ICE agent pulling a gun on a wife and mother, who is a US citizen born and raised in the area, near Bailey's Crossroads in Northern Virginia yesterday.

Chillingly, they claimed she “almost ran them over” until she told them she had video proving that was a lie.

This is disgusting. This is what gaslighting by an abuser looks like.
you should be in jail, but instead you are describing an incredibly common abuse dynamic where the victim tries to keep the abuser happy to avoid another explosion

this guy makes me sick
Rep. Max Miller: "These are incredibly serious criminal accusations. If these accusations were true, I would be in jail — I would be. My former wife would not have been offering to cook me dinner and inviting me to playgrounds. Think about that."

The thing that pisses me off so much about this hearing, is that Republicans are the ones who failed during COVID, it's their fault, and they get to argue their grievances about policies they didn't want to follow, and Democrats aren't turning this on them.

Dems should be making this about Trump's failure to handle the COVID pandemic.
