Walt Dickerson, an unsung pioneer of jazz vibraphone, made his masterpiece with 1962’s To My Queen. A tender, beautifully crafted suite of plush metallic tones, featuring a young Andrew Hill and Andrew Cyrille.

I am aware of John Waters comments about not fucking someone who doesn't have books at their house. So, I have worked really hard to curate an interesting, intriguing set of physical books close to my bedroom. I am nearly 60, and I have been happily married for 30 years.

TFW a book ends with an underpowered payoff that doesn't resolve things, followed by an Afterword where the author thanks a friend/agent for suggesting splitting the manuscript into two books and here's a link to buy Book 2.
