Updates on the sprain situation: It's been 3 weeks since the re-sprain. I had an MRI last week and apparently I tore a ligament so now I'm being recommended to a specialist. Mind you the original sprain like now 3 months ago was me stepping on the leg of my office chair & it making my ankle roll 😭
