El Ministerio de Trabajo de España se ha visto obligado a dar marcha atrás porque intentaban hacerlo por vía reglamentaria cuando corresponde que sea por ley. Con lo cual, a seguir atentos y a no dormirse, porque dependeremos de a quiénes sienten en estas nuevas mesas para que no ocurra lo mismo.
El propio Ministerio de Trabajo ya ha comunicado al sector que “procederá a enviar al Consejo de Ministros el texto del Real Decreto adaptado a las observaciones del Consejo de Estado”. La titular del departamento, la ministra y vicepresidenta segunda Yolanda Díaz, se reunirá en fechas próximas con AISGE y demás colectivos del sector audiovisual para “informar directamente sobre las próximas actuaciones” de su departamento. https://www.aisge.es/el-gobierno-renuncia-al-articulo-13-y-aisge-aplaude-su-decision
