Guthrie (said) his Progressive Tory party didn't siphon votes from the UCP and that it comes down to Smith's party feeling that it is "owed" those votes.

How about this—you wouldn’t have to split votes with anyone if you weren’t doing things to drive people in your party away from it.
Guthrie (said) his Progressive Tory party didn't siphon votes from the UCP and that it comes down to Smith's party feeling that it is "owed" those votes.
