Went to a friend's ikebana exhibition, and when the organizer learned I knew one of the exhibitors, she said she'd thought I was just an "excited stranger," which is probably the best way I could think to describe myself.

I read an article about how Sony is reissuing 6 year old headphones because the difference between those and the latest ones is so marginal, but I just upgraded from 8 year old earbuds to the latest and it felt like a huge leap.

I get everyone's sick of the protein-added food, and it is a little weird, but if you've ever done any sort of meal tracking you'd know the amount of protein the average person gets is criminal.

Every time I look up some disputed territory, the Wikipedia page is always like, "A collection of rocks in the ocean. Uninhabitable aside from the poisonous snakes that call the islands their home. It storms year-round, and holds no economic or strategic value."
