Bought some new tool stuff from Hobbycraft.
A pack of brushes (I also bought some more expensive brushes).
I believe but not 100% sure the saw 'set' is a new ModelCraft product??
You can basically make your own saw using the different blades and handle components.

濃いグレーの上面とホワイトの下面で、いわゆるペンギン塗装と呼ばれてるカラースキームです。この塗装、フォークランド紛争勃発の折、戦地に向かう空母内で下面もグレーに塗り直されたそうで、要は平時の塗装だったんですね。翼下のサイドワインダーミサイルも、この塗装の頃は一つ前の型だったそうで、キットのものを古い型に置き換えるべくハセガワのウェポンセットから旧型を持ってきてます。

The standing figure rebuilt.
It's a tight squeeze in the MK44 Ammoknights, so tight that there is no movement once he is in, so I won't need to use adhesive.

The standing figure is IMO a little more detailed.
So I am trying to use it as the figure in the cockpit.
Problem is his torso is thicker and shoulders are wider, so i'm having to remove quite a bit of plastic mainly from his back and sides of arms.
His head is turned a bit to his right.
So I am trying to use it as the figure in the cockpit.

I was studying the engine bay of the Puma amd decided to knock an engine up , well sort of. It doesnt look bad, better than opening hatches with nothing to see..used a few bits off the old sprues spares. From a distance it does the job. #histscalemodels

Changed the resistance for the green LED to 60 ohms, should be OK with a current of 20 mA which is within the Picos port current limits.

So no testing today.

Soldering wires to magnetic connectors requires additional skills when your soldering iron bit is made of steel.
But managed it in the end, coated the connections in an epoxy two part glue, then glued the foot parts together.
Time to test the LEDs still work!

First build of my HO scale Porter 0-6-0 fireless kit is done! I couldn’t be more pleased with how this has come out. It is the most accurate Porter fireless model ever produced down to the notches on the reverser.
All that remains is to write instructions. The first kits will ship in September!

Finally got Border's 1/35 A6M2b over the line. Enjoyed the step up in detail and complexity that a bigger scale brings, but I haven't really done her justice. Having to destroy a week's work on the engine so that it actually fitted sucked the joy out.

Finally got Border's 1/35 A6M2b over the line. Enjoyed the step up in detail and complexity that a bigger scale brings, but I haven't really done her justice. Having to destroy a week's work on the engine so that it actually fitted sucked the joy out.
