I'd say this is the most popular meme in WV today. Imagine a university that has played football for something like 140 years completely forgetting to develop a defense. Was it steak & lobsters & caviar for the offense & a small sack of potato chips & a candy bar from Dollar General for the defense?

Tests showed underground communication in ground water.Today's republican controlled agency wouldn't care

I worked with a crazy old biker who got religion & became a preacher because his bike caught on fire. He ignored a leaking carburetor until it ignited while he was riding it. To me it was a lack of motorcycle maintenance but to him it was an act of god, both starting the fire & living afterwards.
