One thing people underrate about the Premier League is that basically every team is among the top 30 richest in the world. And at least 15 of them are among the top 30 best teams in the world. Brighton and Brentford would have a good chance at making the top 8 in the Champions League. Spurs did.

I know Spurs are 20th but I still think, like us, they’ll have a good season. They’ll avoid relegation and we’ll win the league.

Losing 3-0 away to Brighton is still worse than conceding 3 at home to Sunderland. But, City clearly have structural flaws, which will cost them points over the season.

A lot of today was down to being poor off the ball. I’m willing to bet that’s the one thing Arteta can bring back fastest.

A very high level half of football. Brighton are fantastic. I honestly don’t think there was much in it, but they pulled out 2 incredible finishes and we didn’t quite find the openings. I think there will be a massive overreaction about how we played due to the scoreline 🤷♂️

If we score one early I fancy us. But the way this day is going it could also be our biggest loss since I don’t know when.

We look a little disjointed and the new midfield three isn’t providing enough cover or working well enough off the ball. They’re running through too easily and in numbers. The defenders should close down, but normally there’s more pressure on those players from the midfield.

Maybe don’t give them so much time to pick a shot on the edge of the area.
