Two options for a curling club mascot... still need work, but I know I have them in my toolbox for the future. I have the feeling neither will be acceptable. fortunately, for what they are paying me, I can walk away easily.

Spending my day trying to please AI fans with hand-drawn artwork 🙄 I like what I created, but I already know they won’t. It’s getting frustrating to think I’m wasting my day when I could be doing anything else.

Last month we passed a milestone without my realizing: I have now done over ONE THOUSAND STRIPS since I took over FLASH GORDON in 2023. I cannot thank you all enough for reading, discussing, and sharing the comic these past few years. Truly the best gig I've ever had. Much, much more to come ⚡

While checking in this week’s books… this cover by Josemaria Casanovas was just the retro joy I needed to get through the day. Now I want to draw 1950’s space explorers.
