Hey all, I've had a lot goin on the past few days. Most notably, today I was unfortunately (slightly fortunately) Laid off from one of my jobs.
Honestly though, it was more of a band-aid being ripped off, since I had a place lined up that I am actively looking forward to full time.

Gonna reshare since I'm still not able to accept a new job yet until after surgery & recovery. Also have no idea until once my pathology results come back post-op if I'll need chemo or radiation. This year has been butts so far but one day at a time is all we can do. 💗 Sharing helps a ton.

Did a warmup to Practice drawing big dragons again. I love using my chalk brush and working details in through negative aspects rather than positive. Blocking in the image then erasing in the details. I'll be posting a time-lapse of my drawing to show my process a little later on YT.

Yesterday was so chaotic at work, however I managed to reconnect with my old boss from my previous employment.
Hopefully if all things go well, I can return to a business that I really enjoyed working in. So meeting with the old boss today. Then finishing my late comms after. Big plans, good vibes!
