I find it kinda problematic how a lot of artists are normalizing taking very long breaks from doing their comm
A few days or vacation week is fine but taking several months to a year break is insane, you can’t do that at your 9-5 jobs or you’ll get fired unless you’re on LoA for something serious

i dunno who needs to hear this today but being unable to work and being at home 90% your time isn't "fun" or "an easy life".
i spend every day in pain, struggling mentally bc of my isolation + petrified about my future - as do a huge number of disabled people worldwide.

Just saw this text on an author's site - "You may see some AI-assisted imagery in my marketing, but the books weren’t written with it." if you don't care to pay artists, or how your marketing is done why should I think you care about the books themselves? Also "MAY SEE"? It's your site, your ads. So
