It's one of the most absurd, nonsensical gender inequalities that has existed for soooo long! When I was a kid I remember asking my mom why girls have to wear a top, but not boys at the public pool. I remember her saying it's because there's a "mean rule" against it, which confused me even more.

I suffer from #anxiety, #depression, and IBS. The only thing that makes it better is #naturism. When I’m nude, I seem to focus on my #nudity instead of my conditions or problems. When I’m #nude, I feel like I can breathe instead of having the sensation of someone standing on my chest.
