A 4-month-old dog, believed to be a pit bull-Great Dane mix, was left in a crate with no food or water. A trooper with the Ohio State Highway Patrol found him and brought him to a nearby animal shelter, where he was adopted shortly after.

The insane amount of barricades the NYPD is putting up for the West Indian Day Parade is going to create a public safety hazard. The front of my apartment is layer of metal barricades now.
