A Walnut Hill Lane home development was approved in face of resident opposition.

Zoning for the 37-unit home development was approved on Wednesday.

12 units will be three story homes despite residents' ask that the development be limited to two stories.

One of Dallas' more contentious zoning cases is set to reappear on the council agenda this week.
