Maybe they’re trying to reduce crowd size? Or make it more of an adult event? Football game is out of town that day. It’s like having a Christmas parade on Christmas. This will be the first year we missed it!
why are they doing the Halloween parade on actual Halloween night this year? You’d have to either do the Halloween parade or do trick or treating, no way you can do both with kids
