I had a great time nerding out with Wayne on his Coin-Op Conversation podcast, in which every guest gets to pick three arcade games that shaped them. I would pick three different ones every day, but this is a fun selection and spirited conversation.
This week's Coin-Op Conversation Podcast guest is film director/writer/producer & game director of C-Smash VRS, Jörg Tittel (@newjorg.bsky.social)!

He doesn’t seem to have had an original idea since 1984 - he’s been milking Dragon Quest for decades - so that makes sense.

Bethany wore a “Protect The Dolls” t-shirt during rehearsals. The BBC posted it on their socials then quietly deleted and reposted it without showing her from the front. On TV last night they actually blurred the message #Strictly

Remember when @playstation.com said PS5 can’t play PS2 discs?

Turns out that was incorrect.

I guess they just wanted to lock Ico and other gems behind a subscription service.

These folks being cryptoschemers aside, interesting that what drives them is Rockstar’s decision to release the game digitally only (codes in a box don’t count).

Meanwhile, PS5 emulation is picking up in pace, too.

People are sick and tired of being owned. We don’t need to head down this road.

Tokyo friends:

Any of you know where I could find a non-extortionately priced X68000?

I may be there in December.*

I need one. There simply has never been a more beautiful computer.

*Which means we’ll need to meet up!
