I did a spin class after no sleep for 2 days. Perimenopause is a heaux. Went to lunch afterwards and got mimosas and the guys were like how are you still awake?! 😂💀
Mostly anecdotal, and I'm sure there's some science behind it, but women are superior athletes. After every single class, the men are laid tf out and the women are talking about going grocery shopping and then brunch. Brunch! It's just another level women can get to. #BlackSkyFitness

I made the most delicious soft shell crab sandwich. Sourdough bread, tomatoes , hot pickles, lettuce, hot sauce and a little Dijon mustard. Perfection

This was the tag ling for the Saints during their 1st playoff run. Hearing yt ppl say it wrong will always be funny. ⚜️😂 fun fact: it varied b/c Whoot, There It Is, by 95 south came out the same year.
