Yesterday I hit a couple of goals I have had for a while.
I rowed a half marathon. This is just shy of two hours on the #concept2 erg at zone 2 heart rate intensity.
I have been rowing a lot of 6k and 12k sessions to prep for this.
It also took me over 2 million lifetime meters. 🎉

So obviously when people are using 8647 they are referring to the ISO standard for Environmental degradation of textiles used in air cargo restraint equipment
