Therapy went fine it was mostly intake stuff but we're gonna do adhd questionnaire stuff next week pray for me pls 👍🏻 can't see the psych til after 4 sessions but at least we're getting somewhere
First therapy session in years in a few hours and I am so nervous I hate therapy so much but I am determined to try and fix whatever is wrong with my brain
