The writers of Ashes to Crown were like how many idol #cdrama tropes can we put it this and they were like everything.
✅ Cartoonish villains
✅ Sword dances
✅ Forced proximity
✅ Getting stabbed for no reason
✅ Convenient rescues
And a bunch of other typical idol drama things. It is so silly.

Interesting take on Austen's work and I kinda agree with the points on moderation. I have only read Pride and Prejudice though.

I finished Wheel of Time: The Gathering Storm. Good book, though different. The pacing is much faster, but the voices of some characters, Mat in particular just felt off. Still eager to finish this series, my journey almost at an end. Egwenes story and Rands best of the book.
