A lot of folks who don't work in IT don't have an idea of how Amazon moved past being predominantly an online store a while ago.

Went to the movies twice in the last 2 weeks and I'm just blown away how grubby and disrespectful of you time it is in a theater.
The fact that both movies started 40 minutes later than the stated start time gives the consumer less time agency.
