I am perimenopausal and FEELING it & my poor 16yo son is on the frontlines & we just described how I feel by him saying "so when Im sick I have a hoodie & 13 blankets on & pass out cold for 4 hrs" to me going "yeah but interrupt that by us hiking in July in IL in 98d heat & Im trying to sleep"
