This is part of what I dislike about AI. There's also the theft of creative work. (I'm not including scientific use of AI, I don't understand it enough to have an opinion)
Today I heard someone use the Human Centipede as a way to explain why large model AI is inevitably heading towards its own self destruction by tainting its future inputs, and honestly? It was a beautiful teaching metaphor.

Struggling with getting moving this morning. As is often the case! Difficulty with transitions/basic self-care. It doesn't help that I wake each day with dread. Brush teeth, make tea, bath, dress, stretch, eat, meds.

Successfully showered before 2pm, and dressed too! Sang songs about being confident while showering to drown out the intrusive thoughts. Made two voice notes while dressing to drown out thoughts. Little choc treat for completion.

Where #ingress takes me. I bumped into a bloke in pub in Cambridge last year (ethern), who was promoting the Hong Kong anomaly. In a post-cancer "why not?!" mood, I expressed interest. I went, and as someone with severe mental illness I have mixed feelings about it! Anyway.
