Assuming this is America as cheques is spelled wrong but it can't be health related as $100 is less than what it costs to stand in the same room as a box of Nurofen over there, so I can only assume everyone's getting to buy Libble Rabble & some other ACA games for free, which is nice🤔

I'm going out on a limb to say that this game is good and much better than Space Invaders. In SI you just die after a few screens when an Invader shoots at the wrong time, can't be dodged unless you're doing Nagoya, which is skilled but dull. In BB the mistakes are on you & they build up until death
This week's Arcade Archives is Taito's Balloon Bomber from 1980. Use your cannon and blast the bombs being carried by balloons, but aim carefully- hit the balloon and the bomb's coming down, destroying part of the platform or you!

I'm going out on a limb to say that this game is good and much better than Space Invaders. In SI you just die after a few screens when an Invader shoots at the wrong time, can't be dodged unless you're doing Nagoya, which is skilled but dull. In BB the mistakes are on you & they build up until death
Cave's added a training mode to the recent DoDonPachi Resurrection Reignite release, with the Black Label mode being touted as coming out this Winter

There's still lots of games required before all of the Taito Memories games are on Arcade Archives but at least we have all of the Taito Retro Arcade Pack titles now🤔
