For how much people complain about removing street parking, it's funny how much they seem to actually hate it being there. As soon as someone tries to use it on even a moderately busy street, it's blaring horns and trying to cut around them. Nobody actually wants to street park, it sucks!

This is just a cat glamor photo account now. The cat tour today was such a huge success. We walked our boy Dexter through most of it in is stroller, then he hung out on a leash soaking up the attention.

I've heard two arguments against (or related to) this 1) that a car park with the added infrastructure is tougher to replace with density & removing cars has far more environmental value 2) an appreciable chunk of that farm land is corn for ethanol, so you're just swapping one car juice for another.
Given the astonishing environmental benefits of putting solar panels on agricultural land, this is a very strange thing for an environmental activist to be posting
Let's prioritize installing solar panels on structures like car parks and building rooftops instead of agricultural land, as this approach embodies sustainable development.
