Ferdiox joins an existing group of independent publications participating in the Alliance, which is administered by SCRIBE and was established to improve cooperation, recognition and access to information for serious publishers operating outside the largest mainstream media organisations.

Astronomica Expands Its Publishing Model Into Design, Digital PR and Independent Media
British publishing company Astronomica Ltd is expanding beyond its original publishing work into a broader combination of design, web infrastructure, communications and digital media services. The expansion brings together several projects the company has been developing across publishing and online media, including Camelot House Publishing, The Epoch and its recently launched SALAMANDER web platform. Rather than treating publishing, design, websites and publicity as unrelated industries, Astronomica says it intends to operate them as connected stages of the same communications process.
