Long COVID is an existential threat to all of the psychiatrists who have loudly attached themselves to pseudoscientific explanations for the illness. I've been saving quotes and have some funny (horrifying) ones, that I think are important to preserve for historical accuracy.

It always blows my mind that people think matters of reality are political. The environment, climate change, covid, etc are not "political". They're just as real as gravity.

Advocating for long covid without advocating for prevention, is like trying to bail out water from a boat that's sitting on the ocean floor. The two things can't be separated and I don't trust or respect anyone who thinks they can.
