Finished the 3rd Magical Girl Raising Project light novel just now. This shit is so fire!!! My expectations for the upcoming anime adaptation are low but that's ok because these books were fantastic.

New Maebashi Witches album, Strelitzia, dropped today. 7 songs in total; 2 unit songs and 5 solo songs. I especially like Azu and Mai's solo songs. Another fine addition to the Maebashi Witches discography. Top tier magical girl idol material.

Just finished reading this manga, The Idol's Escape.
This one didn't hit for me. There were a few emotional moments, but overall it felt a bit lacking and wandering in its direction. A solid 6/10. The book stays on the shelves,but I don't see myself rereading it anytime soon.

I just watched the Aqours documentary and I have so many feelings about it. happy feelings. sad feelings. Straight whiplash going from emotional confessionals to cheery performance clips; found myself laughing when I should be crying and vice versa. Anchan, I hope you are well. 10/10

Forgot to tell the world about picking up Magilumiere vol. 11 last week. I finished watching the anime adaptation earlier today as well! Underwhelming show, but fantastic manga. Literally my fave ongoing series.

Well, Lort came out for real yesterday. I've played like 3 hours so far; it's a fun game to play with friends. This game has a lot of potential.
The demo for Lort is now out btw. I played through it with some friends the other night. It's really fun!
Reminds me of a cross between Risk of Rain 2, DnD, Chivalry, and an Oddworld game. I'll def pick it up once it's out for real.

Just watched the first 2 episodes of Tune In To The Midnight Heart. I liked 'em. I think it's a good adaptation of a great manga. Uzuki is cuter in the books, tho. You know i'm right.

Look, I don't know a whole lot about Fate (watched S/N & Zero many, many years ago) but jaysus, this was fantastic. A hilarious & satirical love letter to the magical girl genre. Editor's extra pages and notes are great, too. I highly recommend it! 🪄
