Customary Saturday plans aren't happening this week, so I think it's a good day to take myself (& a book?) out to dinner. Not sure what cuisine, but probably a restaurant I haven't tried yet. Kinda narrowed it down to either hand-pulled noodles or a Filipino place that's apparently in Herndon.

I always rack my brain every time the "What Simpsons quote do you use the most?" skeet-meme comes around, but... I've realized the ACTUAL Simpsons quote I legit use the most in day-to-day life is probably Marge's therapist dismissively saying, "Yes, yes, it's all a rich tapestry."

I'm guessing I'm probably gonna get to about 75% of the way thru Onimusha:WotS by the time early access opens for Control Resonant. Which I guess is better than being at 90 or 95% & then putting it down & later having to get reaccustomed to it in that state/stage after weeks of playing another game.

Today's been one of those Fridays where I got everything done on Thursday & very little new work has come in but I'm afraid to sneak out in case someone submits a ticket or calls me on Teams, so I've just kinda been sitting here watching vids & trying to keep doomscrolling & snacking to a minimum 😅

There's an entire branch of Star Wars dedicated to the lore of a guy who mostly stands around and then gets eaten after being bumped into.
Someone in my comments was like "That character doesn't even do anything" and I'm like sorry I didn't realize loving a character had to be based on how much they actively participated in plot.
