We DO have the right to disappear from our jobs, whether we delare "Take this Job & Shove it!" or not. Faced with poor wages, bad working condtions & sometimes options, workers do it all the time. The "crime" here is not that, it's the use being made of his situation to prevent his replacement.

In 2029 all ICE agents will be tracked down by the paper trail with DHS. Pre-dawn, guns-drawn raids on homes are coming. Federal & state agents will go to the homes of ICE agents to arrest them. There will be plenty of "wailing, screaming, crying, begging, and pleading" from them and their family.
