Very happy for AION 2 launching into Early Access (my first game launch!) but damn if it wasn't a rough day. Spent the hours of 12am to 4am in the ER for a kidney infection and managed to host our EA celebration livestream.
Resting now but TY to the community for showing up for us 🎉

(And please don’t worry. While my success & public joy seem to be upsetting to some, I feel like I’m getting to live my dream life!)

3 people, including me, who worked on this video were laid off, with out notice, just a couple hours after publishing it. It was an honor to work with them and so many others at IGN impacted by these layoffs.

I was supposed to go to PAX but I'm absolutely exhausted still from gamescom (right back to work) and I have some life things to take care of. 😭 I hope everyone who goes stays safe and has fun!
