The shelters are FILLED with animals who’ve been surrendered. Yesterday they had a bed and a family and now they are confused and terrified through no fault of their own.

Local HERO in Kansas gets arrested for slashing ICE agent's tires. In an effort to deescalate the surrounding crowd, the cop arresting him yelled that the Kansas man is being arrested for slashing tires. The crowd cheered in response to that and basically gave the man a standing ovation.
